Driver: Catalyst
Driver version: 2.1
GPU class: NI
OpenGL version: 2.1
X server version: 1.11.3
Linux kernel version: 3.2.1
Direct rendering: no
Requires strict binding: yes
GLSL shaders: no
Texture NPOT support: yes

i clear my home directory and problem still exists so it isnt configuration, when i try to disable functionality tests i have this :

Failed to activate desktop effects using the given configuration options. Settings will be reverted to their previous values.

Check your X configuration. You may also consider changing advanced options, especially changing the compositing type.

It appears that KWin believes your system is not operating with proper Direct Rendering. This is likely linked to the fact that the ATI drivers used by your system claim not to support GLSL.

Please post the output of "glxinfo | grep '^[a-z]'".

It appeared that i have XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 in /etc/profile. I have commented it and now everything works.
