Missing Restore window keyboard shortcut?

I do not have the "Restore Window" shortcut to set in the global keyboard shortcuts. Does everyone else have this problem? How can this be? I read all the shortcut names, there's nothing else. Also when you hover the mouse on the upper-right button it says "Restore window"

It's the same shortcut as Maximize Window.

I also cant find a key linked to a command which restores the most recently minimized window.

Key combination it is, of course. Please do not hijack 8 year old threads!
Try Meta+PgUp, see also System Settings -> Workspace -> Shortcuts -> Global Shortcuts -> KWin ->


Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
