KWin performance very slow compared to Windows Aero

It helps quite a bit. The animations are now smooth. But there's quite a bit of lag regardless of current GPU speed.

Although I may have to switch to something else if I can't figure out what this performance bug. Very odd, the computer will be chugging away doing SOMETHING, and almost nothing will be happening onscreen. Me smell fishies.
