KCM module: Remember/change the workspace that an app used

Mac OS X can remember the last workspace that an app used. In the same way, you can manually asign it in the config panel (screenshot). KDE also has this options, but it hasn't got the config in SystemSettings, so it isn't very intuitive and you need more clics to do it.

It would be possible to implement something like this into KDE SystemSettings?

This is the whole point of activities. I think 4.5 will have this, if not it will be in 4.6. Whatever the case I know it is in the works.
