Per desktop wall papers

This was a wonderful feature of KDE 3.5. It's absence is missed terribly. RE: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=9248&start=15#p140951 there are two issues:
1. It doesn't work 2. It is separated from the multiple desktop settings. That might be okay, were there references in the multi-desktop settings to where to set multiple wall papers. |

Desktops and activities are going to be merged, so this will happen automatically.
