Both ways ipod rating synchronisation

Hello,
I read in this post : http://bausparfuchs.wordpress.com/2010/ ... comment-63 that amarok 2.2.1 does not synchronise ratings from ipod to amarok. I wonder if this has changed with amarok 2.5 that i just installed. It's really i feature i think i can hardly live without ! I have search the way around but could not find an answer. Does anybody know that ? Thanks ! |

You should install Amarok 2.6, it was released in August.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

OK I will, thanks. But by the way, i still have the same question : does Amarok (2.6) manage both ways ratings synchronisation with ipod ? |

I don't know, what I know is that Amarok 2.6 has seen the iPod support completely rewritten, so if you want to use Amarok with an iPod you definitely need version 2.6.
