I have installed kubuntu 12.04
Amarok does no start from the start. I tried to remove Amarok and install again. The problem continues. I can play music in Dolphin. Any idea? |

You should upgrade Amarok. You can get version 2.8 by enabling the Backports repository.

if that doesn't help try running it Konsole, there should be error messages - just type amarok

Which would not really be enough, without debugging enabled that will not much help, so running it like this
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

This is the ouput of: amarok -d --nofork
I am new in UBUNTU or KUBUNTU. Could you help me to find the solution?

Did you try starting Amarok with sudo rights? That would be a very bad idea. This line "Home directory /home/juanvi not ours." suggests you try to run Amarok without having the rights to actually use your home folder.
Do you get an error warning or a pop-up window? Some thing seems utterly broken in your installation, as it doesn't find neither the necessary plugins nor does it seem to find the database, so how did you install it? Are you running the KDE workspace or is this on Unity? Please try the following:
and then try restarting Amarok from a konsole, again with "amarok -d --nofork". And please do provide the complete output, not just part of it, including the prompt where you enter the command.
