Hi everyone,

Is it at all possible to NOT ignore the "The", "A" etc. at the start of an artist name? So that "The Beatles" are sorted with the artists starting with a T instead of B? This feature really annoys me so I want to turn it off but I can't find an option anywhere.
Thanks in advance!

You can't disable this, as there is no option, but you can work around this by entering the artist name differently, like "Beatles, The", in that case it should be treated not as an article but as a first name and they will be sorted under T.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

Ok thanks! This still doesn't feel right to me, but it's better than the other way around...
