Hey guys, title won't fit, so the actual issue is: Tags won't persist when Transcoding to a different collection

Scenario:
I'm trying to copy audio files from my collection to an external SD card, some audio files are in the vorbis format, I want them to transcode to mp3.

Choose the said files, select "copy to collection", convert the files which are not the desired format. Wait for it to complete.
Result is all tags are erased in the output file, they're instead filled with some wrongly path decipher.

Pretty sure this is some bug or undesired behavior. Quickly checked the database to find similar bugs.
Anyone care to confirm on this too, and possibly direct me on how to write a proper bug report?
Cheers!

Did you really check the bugs database for existing bugs yet? I found this one: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=306895

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
