'make install' fails for latest 2.9 release as regular user

Sorry, copy&paste fail. I meant grep -F CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX CMakeCache.txt

Ahh, that doesn't look right

Code: Select all
grep -F CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX CMakeCache.txt
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=


After removing CMakeCache.txt I did the following and it all works
Code: Select all
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$KDEDIR -Wno-dev -DKDE4_BUILD_TESTS=OFF -DWITH_MP3Tunes=OFF
make
make install
