Help with transcoding?

Fri Nov 16, 2018 12:44 pm
Hi, I have a folder containing flac files, and I'd like to transcode its contents to ogg files.

So I right-click on the folder, then I click 'Copy to Collection' and choose 'Local Collection.'

From the list on the left, I choose the encoder 'Ogg Vorbis'and then I click on 'Transcode.'

The problem is that the proposed name of each transcoded file is set to /home/ares (and consequently there's a 'filename conflict'). Here's a screenshot:

Could someone please suggest how I could change the names of the destination files?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi buddy, for that, you need to assign the destination path before the transcoding process begins.
