Amarok 2.0.1.1 Memory usage !!!

Mon Jan 12, 2009 4:50 pm What went wrong? amarok 2.0 used to take 35 MB of memory... but now after upgrade to 2.0.1.1, it requires around 52 MB of RAM.... Do these new functionalities cost more than 15 MBs???? rajputrajat, proud to be a member of KDE forums since 2008-Oct-13.

You can try disabling unneeded plugins (services) from Settings -> Configure Amarok -> Internet Services which should make a difference of 4-5mb. Ask a Question \| Search UserBase \| \| Forum Feedback
