libGLcore problem

Sat Jun 05, 2004 10:33 pm
hello

when I trying to start amarok (0.9/1.0b3/1.0b4) I have libGLcore error

[code:1]wast# amarok
[amaroK loader] connecting to /root/.kde//socket-wast/amarok.loader_socket
[amaroK loader] amaroK not running. Trying to start it..
amarokapp: /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1: no version information available (required by amarokapp)
amarokapp: relocation error: /usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: undefined symbol: _nv000022gl
[amaroK loader] exiting.[/code:1]

I have a nVidia video card with drivers vershion 1.0-5336 and kernel 2.6.5 with alsa.

Can anyone help me with this error?

./configure --without-opengl

should solve it. But there seems to be a problem with your GL installation. If you have problems with other GL apps, I suggest reinstalling your NVidia drivers. Check back if the reconfigure doesn't work for you.
