This is a generic error. You probably can't compile any other KDE applications either. I don't know what the issue is but you best ask for help on #kde-users or somplece.

indeed, it was a general failure, for curious people and google:
I've built kde-33 Gentoo packages (tbz2s) on another machine and `emerge -k`ed on my box , but qt was different (3.3.2 vs 3.3.3), after i upgraded qt all errors were fixed. |
