ID3 Tags: Windows vs. amaroK

Hello,

I noticed that when I change a file's tag under Linux using amaroK, Foobar (and probably other windows players) doesn't "see" updated tags and shows the old ones?
Why does it happen and what shall I do to have sametags that are used under both Linux and Windows?

Do you actually have write access to the filesystem? Maybe the tags are simply not written. NTFS, for instance, is mounted read-only under linux.

Yes, I have write access to the filesystem. I use FAT32 partitions.
Tags written by amaroK don't disappear after rebooting my computer, so I think they must be written somewhere. But they aren't shown by Foobar.

I included screenshots. You can look at them. On these, "Genre" is missing somehow.
