Memory leak creating collection ?

Mon Sep 13, 2004 12:48 am
Hi.
I'm trying the fresh new amarok 1.1 beta1 and I can't use the collections anymore :
as soon as I try to index my files, amarok fills the memory of my computer, and is eventually killed by linux when there is no more RAM.
After a bit of strace, it seems it explodes on 3 files in my directory (removing them solved the problem). It doesn't seem related to their filenames, as after renaming them, the program still fills the memory

Collection is very broken in beta1. Use a CVS-Snapshot instead.
