I'm using Amarok 1.1 on a Debian Unstable using the kalyxo build.
I have configured it to scan two directories recursively. One of them it's on hard disk, the other it's on a cdrom. When I start Amarok I've got nothing on the collection, even if I select start scan, everything it's scanned, but then nothing shows in the collection. This is the complete output of a session: 1. Open Amarok 2. Select Start Scan jose@debian:~$ amarok [amaroK loader] connecting to /home/jose/.kde/socket-debian/amarok.loader_socket [amaroK loader] amaroK not running. I had the same problem, but it was simply because there was no ftag filter selected, maybe it will solve your problem...
So just select for example Taf filter -> primary -> Artists It should be listed as a bug to be fixed for the upcoming amarok 1.1.1 |
