i get nonstop 100% cpu usage when amarok is working - minimized or maximized, ive installed the suse RPM through yast..
any ideas?

Which engine? Which amaroK version?

I have the same issue, but only when it is not playing. CPU Load goes back to normal when it\'s playing music, minimized or maximized. Something weird is that it will only do this if I\'ve played music then stoped/paused it. If it is the first time I open it after I boot and don\'t play anything the cpu load will remain normal.

same here, using gstreamer and dailiy CVS snapshot from gentoo ebuild (hey, sometimes it does not build and break, but that\'s another matter)
