I'm running SuSE Linux 9.0 with KDE 3.3.1. I installed amarok 1.1-2 from this RPM and when I try launching amarok; it immediately crashes. When I try running it from a terminal; I get these errors:
[code:1][amaroK loader] connecting to /home/manzabar/.kde/socket-fritz/amarok.loader_socket
[amaroK loader] amaroK not running. Trying to start it..
amarokapp: relocation error: /opt/kde3/lib/libkjsembed.so.1: undefined symbol: _ZNK3KJS9ObjectImp9toIntegerEPNS_9ExecStateE
[amaroK loader] timed out trying to contact amaroK.
[amaroK loader] exiting.
[/code:1]
Any suggestions?

Mainly just guessing, but it looks like a binary compatablity issue. Meaning, the RPM you got of amaroK doesn't work with the libraries you already had. So... see if you can't find a working RPM or install it from source (which can be a hassle sometimes on binary distros if you don't have all the headers installed).
