Hello,
one month ago I compiled without problems the 1.1 version on a Fedora Core 2, with all the plug-in enabled. Now i have the tarball of the 1.1.1, and i tried to build it. I receive this error: make[5]: Entering directory `/home/luca/amarok-1.1.1/amarok/src/engine/void' /bin/sh ../../../../libtool --silent --mode=link --tag=CXX g++ -Wnon-virtual-dtor -Wno-long-long -Wundef -ansi -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=500 -D_BSD_SOURCE -Wcast-align -Wconversion -Wchar-subscripts -Wall -W -Wpointer-arith -Wwrite-strings -O2 -Wformat-security -Wmissing-format-attribute -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -fno-common -DQT_CLEAN_NAMESPACE -DQT_NO_ASCII_CAST -DQT_NO_STL -DQT_NO_COMPAT -DQT_NO_TRANSLATION -o libamarok_void-engine_plugin.la -rpath /usr/lib/kde3 -avoid-version -module -no-undefined -Wl,--no-undefined -Wl,--allow-shlib-undefined -R /usr/lib -R /usr/lib/qt-3.3/lib -R /usr/X11R6/lib -L/usr/X11R6/lib -L/usr/lib/qt-3.3/lib -L/usr/lib void-engine.lo ../../../../amarok/src/engine/libengine.la ../../../../amarok/src/plugin/libplugin.la -lkdecore /usr/bin/ld: .libs/libamarok_void-engine_plugin.so: undefined versioned symbol name std::time_put_w@@GLIBCPP_3.2 /usr/bin/ld: failed to set dynamic section sizes: Bad value collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[5]: *** [libamarok_void-engine_plugin.la] Error 1 make[5]: Leaving directory `/home/luca/amarok-1.1.1/amarok/src/engine/void' make[4]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[4]: Leaving directory `/home/luca/amarok-1.1.1/amarok/src/engine' make[3]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/luca/amarok-1.1.1/amarok/src' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/luca/amarok-1.1.1/amarok' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/luca/amarok-1.1.1' make: *** [all] Error 2 So, i untar the 1.1 version in another directory, and i tried to compile it newly... surprise! it also gives this error NOW! I have gcc-3.3.3-7, libstdc++-3.3.3-7 (with devel), libstdc++34-3.4.0-1 (with devel), the same i got when i compiled the first time. Can you give me a hand? Thanks! Luca |
