As i'm aware of now --enable-final doesn't work in amarok 1.2-CVS

My note of this is only to change the readme where it asks packagars to use --enable-final --disable-debug.

currently in CVS-HEAD it states both that --enable-final is b0kred, and to use it as a packager.
