Also, I had another problem when I first compiled with MySQL support - the Scrobbler options window popped up every few seconds. Starting amaroK through the console revealed that this was related to the not-yet-configured MySQL options.

Thats odd that you still see them. The database tables have changed so it built an entirely new collection and threw out all the scores in my case.
