Running Linux mdk 10.0. Installed amarok amarok-1.1-1mdk from rpm. Did not compile from source. Has to install compatible gstreamer libraries else dependency conflicts.

Amarok could not access arts or esd engine without crashing. Could access xine engine.

Whenever I try to stream video from the \"cool streams\" section of the playlist window, bloody thing crashes instantly

stack trace output just before crashing:
QThread object destroyed while thread is still running.
QObject::connect: Cannot connect QSignal::signal(const QVariant&) to (null)::(null)

ERROR: could not stat() file `image.nrg\': No such file or directory

KCrash: Application \'amarok\' crashing...

NO backtrace from the KDE crash handler!

How do I correct this? Is this a problem with the sound engines? Do I have to correctly config and compile from source to get it to work? Can I use src RPM\'s instead (i\'d prefer RPM\'s to source, but will obviously compile if absolutely necessary)

I hope somebody can advise me as to how to proceed.

Thanks in advance,
AR
