I get the following error trying to make 1.2b1:

I finally decided to cp every file to it\'s \"correct\" path (eg: libtag.so and libGL.la), and then ./configured and maked and make installed. I\'m sure i have mysterious files in all sorts of places they shouldn\'t be. Is this bad? I finally got it working though. bollox to linux. what\'s wrong with dbl_click \"setup.exe\" and everything works? ps: I\'m on mdk10ce, nvidia drivers v6111. everything else standard from mdk cd\'s. |

well if it runs... be happy :-) symbolic linking would have a nicer solution, though.
> bollox to linux. what\'s wrong with dbl_click \"setup.exe\" and everything works? what\'s wrong with using an rpm package? if you decide to compile software yourself, you better know what you\'re doing (no offense). regards, muesli |

I\'m always happy. a bit hungover at the moment though.
I couldn\'t find the mdk rpms at the time... cheers. |
