With xine-lib 1-rc8 I can at least use the xine backend for amaroK without it crashing but the analyzers/visualizations no longer work. They just sit there without reacting to the music.

Tried recompiling amarok and it didn\'t seem to do anything. If it makes any difference the terminal window gets filled with this when I use amarok:
[code:1]stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?!
stream == 0! what does that mean?![/code:1]

Using amarok 1.2-beta2 and xine-lib 1-rc8 on gentoo.

I get exactly the same errors, analyzers not working too. I am using also xine-lib-1_rc8 and I\'m on gentoo too, but I use amarok\'s today\'s cvs version.

Known problem, we\'re working on it. See:
