Hi,

I just tried to compile a cvs snapshot.
make -f Makefile.cvs says:

Please recheckout this module!
for cvs: use checkout once and after that update again
for cvsup: checkout kde-common from cvsup and
link kde-common/admin to ./admin
make: *** [all] Fehler 1

./admin is a dead link, that\'s the problem. Maybe a little failure in your scripts?

Don\'t use make -f Makefile.cvs. Just do ./configure && make, as you would do with a normal tarball.

(Snapshots are just like our release tarballs, same script)

There is just a little bit of problem... even configure hangs:

Snapshot: amarok-1.2-CVS-20041230.tar.bz2

Configure completes. But make hangs now:

I guess you can take (=copy) the admin folder from the major releases (like the recent 1.2beta3).
Should work.
