How to reproduce:
right click on a track in your current playlist. Choose \"View/edit meta information\".
Enter any numer in either the year field or in the \"track number\" one. Don\'t use the cauge with up and down arrows: the \"save and close\" button will not get triggered and active.
If you then move an arrow, up or down, then the button becomes active.
