Hi,

The Cover manager cache does not get flushed when a cover is unset.
So when a new cover image is assigned, the old one loads from the cache!

I am using 1.2-beta4 installed from debs on archive.kalyxo.org
(Didnt see anything about this in changelog, so havent tried with 1.2)
The db backend is mysql 4.1
