Amarok don't start up

hello !

My amarok 1.2 don\'t start up! Just splash screen is showed then the message says \" The path to amarok is wrong \" . What to do? Reinstall ?

your $prefix/bin is not in your $PATH env variable.

What has been your prefix during compile?

Mine was /usr/local

To add this to you PATH use

export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/bin

and start amarok again.

If it works you can add this command to your .bashrc or so...
