This is not meant to be a x-post but it seems the only way to get attention:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100039 Btw, there are 312 bugs filed against amarok at bugs.kde.org atm. About 80% seem to have the status \"UNCONFIRMED\" which leads me to the impression many of these reports were never looked at, nor will they ever get looked at. Is the kde bug reporting system getting used at all or only for selected bugs? What is the developer\'s preferred way of receiving bug reports, then? Cheers, Dominik |

Nope, you\'re wrong. Some facts:
* 171 of them are actually Wishes, which don\'t need confirming. * Many bugs cannot be reproduced by the developers, but that doesn\'t necessarily mean they\'re invalid. * Sometimes we just forget confirming. We _do_ monitor the bug database. In fact we even have a dedicated mailing list for monitoring.

Thx for pointing that out. * Anonymous sleeps much better now.
