related_artists changedate always 0?

related_artists changedate always 0?

In the related_artists table (I\'m using MySQL and was examing the tables), I\'ve got 1073 lines so far.

All seem to have \"0\" as the changedate.

Is this just not implemented yet, or a bug, or am I not understanding what that column is for? (I\'m guessing it\'s supposed to be a date to time when to check for related artists again so as not to have to check with every song play and overload AS.)
