problem compiling 1.2.1

Fri Mar 04, 2005 1:27 am
Hello,
could someone please explain this to me: :ermm:

kosh@Fortress:/daten/Ablage/amarok-1.2.1> QTDIR=/usr/local/qt3.3 ./configure
[...]
checking for Qt... libraries /usr/local/qt3.3/lib, headers /usr/local/qt3.3/include using -mt
checking for moc... /usr/local/qt3.3/bin/moc
checking for uic... /usr/local/qt3.3/bin/uic
checking whether uic supports -L ... yes
checking whether uic supports -nounload ... yes
checking if Qt needs -ljpeg... no
checking for rpath... yes
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you\'ve chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

I\'m using SUSE91 - KDE332

thanks
Kosh

Thanks, works now.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to add this bit of info somewhere to the install-guide (for users like me ;) )
