Cosmetic bug in OSD

Tue Mar 08, 2005 11:36 pm
Hi,

I\'ve tried to repport this bug via http://bugs.kde.org, but it doesn\'t work for me

Here is the problem : After OSD is display, it can\'t refresh itself. So when a windows is draw on top of it, then disapear, the OSD is not redraw.
The case is alway reproductible when onpening and closing a menu when the OSD is displaying (and the X server havebackingstore disable).

I\'m using amarok 1.2.1 on gentoo system with KDE 3.4 rc1

Likely you have the \"Pseudo Translucency\" activated. Just switch it off..

Nope, I\'ve just make sure but speudo translucency is disable.

Moreover, I\'ve tried with amorok 1.2.1 for mandrake (from a cooker repository) and the bug is reproductible as well.
