I am trying to install amaroK on Gentoo 2005.0 . But emerging it gives the following error . Even the CVS Version does not compile successfully. I have lib-compat installed. Please Help.

Please ask the gentoo forums. There is apparently something (a lot) wrong with your setup.

I was able to resolve my problem with the help of Gentoo Forums.
This command fixed my issue : [code:1]fix_libtool_files.sh 3.3.5 --oldarch i386-pc-linux-gnu[/code:1] Hope that helps others with the same problem. |
