Hi, I\'m using amarok 1.2.4 with the gstreamer backend, on an amd64 machine.

Amarok will not use the album covers I have in my mp3 ID3v2 tags. When I go to the meta-information dialogue I can see that all the rest of the tag is being read, but I get the question mark album cover picture. This is the case for all of my mp3s.

I decided that it may be reading from the ID3v1 tags in the files (I get easytag to fill in ID3v1 and ID3v2 for no sane reason), so I stripped the ID3v1 tags from everything, rescanned the collection, restarted the app, rescanned the collection, upgraded from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4, restarted, rescanned... it didn\'t help.

Also I\'m under the impression that I should be able to right-click on the rating of a song in the sidebar when it is playing and change the value. I get nothing from any form of click on either the number or the bar, though on hovering I do get a very helpful tooltip saying what the rating is.

Any clues?

I decided I\'d install and test 1.3_beta2 before filing bugs, and it fixed everything for me. On top of that there are a whole bunch of little improvements all over the place that really add up, and the wikipedia sidebar looks promising. Unforunately I have tried the wikipedia link on 2 songs so far... AC/DC pulls up nothing, and Iron Maiden pulls up the torture device (maybe you think that\'s accurate )

One thing that still can\'t be done is using the album cover in the tag of songs to identify an album. I get the picture next to the playing song and in the OSD etc, but in the \"Other albums by XXXXXX\" bit of the sidebar the albums have no pictures. I guess I\'ll submit a feature request...
