Hi,

I have a problem in amarok that i don\'t know how to solve: when i\'m trying to change many songs at a time manually (with the shortcut Next) amarok gets very slow in doing that change. I don\'t know what it is but i have experienced other programs like beep-media-player and xmms and this never happens. I like to much amarok but this problem it\'s anoying me. Somebody can help me?

it is believe it or not a feature.

Configure Amarok > Playback > Crossfading option

Keeps a song playing for 2 seconds while the next song is starting for 2 seconds.
aka takes 2 whole seconds to skip.

great feature when you finish a song but annoying if you skip..

Tick no crossfading of shorten the 2000ms to something more acceptable 500ms - 1/2 second.
