I\'ve been using Amarok for some time now (finally) so I thought I\'d take the time to post a few bugs. None of them are major.

1) If you do a search on your playlist, find at least 2-3 matches, hightlight them, then queue them, then remove the search filter by selecting it and hitting backspace, every song in the playlist is selected.

2) This one may or may not be Amarok but it manifests itself in Amarok so frankly it is Amarok\'s responsibility.

a. Remote share that has a mount point locally.
b. One or more folders with a bunch of songs in them.
c. You drag and drop one or more of those folders.
d. Add more songs to the remote folders
e. clear the amarok playlist.
f. drag and folder again to the amarok playlist window to populate.
g. only the old list of songs will show. The new songs that were added to the remote share will show up in the list.

If you close the amarok program down after clearing the playlist and then reopen it and drag those same folders onto amarok\'s play list the playlist will then reflect th e new songs added to the remote folder.

3) Sometimes when you have the \"bouncing balls\" analyzers, under certain circumstances the bouncing balls will be drawn as bouncing squares.

I\'m using amarok 1.3-beta2. I\'m using FC3 with kde 3.4.0.

One more thing. I can\'t figure out how to rename a file or a list of files to match a certain criteria, such as renaming all selected songs in the playlist based on their Title - Album. Or something similar.

Also, I can\'t figure out how to repeat tags across multiple files. Say I rip one of my cds and I want to tag them all. I want to enter the artist and album 1 time and have it repeated across the songs in the album. Cuts down on typing to do it that way and makes tagging more consistent.

Another couple of bugs I just thought of.

1). In the tag window at the bottom is displayed the path to the song and the name of the song. If you try to cut the contents there nothing happens. If you try to type nothing will happen. If you select some of the text it will allow you to past into it. Obviously there\'s no affect to the name of the song so it is not a problem.

2) If you are tagging a song and you are typing the artist name a drop down list will show you artists names that close so you can just tab which selects it. If at this point you hit shift tab you would expect to go back one field. That field should be the song title field. But that\'s not where you end up.

Another suggestion would be to have you perform the look ups in the wiki based on a relaxed method of searching. This is probably something you have no control over. But, if you search for say \"Sly And The Family Stone\" it will find the artists. But if you search on \"Sly & The Family Stone\" it won\'t find the artist.

When searching for lyrics the same should apply. As well, when searching we should be allowed to search on song, title, artist instead of just one and we should be allowed to choose which one say by pressing a hotkey.

What I mean in item 1 from the 2nd post above:

If you select the text in the file name using the mouse you can\'t type over that selected text. If you try to cut with ctrl+x nothing happens. But if you try to paste into the filename it will replace whatever you have highlighted.

My point is that this isn\'t a big deal as nothing happens to the name of the song. This is just a clean up issue for you I suspect.
