Problem with .cda and the xine engine

Using the xine engine, Amarok 1.3 beta2 cannot playback audioCD\'s (using .cda from KDE\'s VFS). Ripping works OK.
It does not seem to be a VFS problem, as kaffeine which also uses the xine engine does playback the virtual fines from audiocd:/CDA just fine.

Arts engine works, but the sound is ****, jerky (perfectly fitting arts, I would dare to say...).
KDE 3.4.1, Arch Linux 0.7+
Any ideas about what\'s wrong?

OS
xine-engine simply does not support KIO. So you can\'t play AudioCD\'s with it.

I guess we\'re gonna disable the AudioCD menu entry for those engines that don\'t support it.
