Hi people,
i\'m new with linux and amarok and maybe my question has already been answered but i have to ask.
In my amarok i can\'t use the CONFIGURE EFFECTS tab and also it\'s crosffade doesn\'t seem to work. I\'m using amarok 1.2-CVS (using KDE 3.4.0 level \"b\" SUSE 9.3).
Can you help me with this?

Well, Configure Effects is kind of a ghost feature and has sense been removed.

For crossfading to work, you have to use aRts or gstreamer. I bet your using akode, which is a bad sound engine. You can change the sound engine from the Engine of Settings->Configure amaroK.
