amarok is crashing on startup here, I just installed 1.3 (had been running beta3 before) on my gentoo system, with kde 3.4.2 When I run amarokapp --wizard everything goes fine until the wizard finishes. Same prob when i reinstall 1.2.4

well, if ther is a backtrace file in $HOME/.kde/share/apps/amarok then delete it
