Enable equalizer?

Hi all!
I can\'t enable the equalizer. It is grayed out in the tools menu.
I use Suse 9.3 and amarok 1.3.

Does anyone know what I have to do?

the spellings are SUSE and amaroK

but well, choose another engine, we don\'t support equalizer for arts ..... wow, we don\'t support arts at all ;)

Annoyed with bbcode since 1999.
