Whenever I am in the Current tab on the context part of the menu, the CPU utilization soars. Simply clicking on the home tab reduces the utilization to normal (~

I found the source of the problem. I had my password for last.fm wrong, as soon as I corrected this cpu utilization droped to normal.

Cheers

Same bug but my password was just fine. When I disabled \"retrieve similar artists\" it worked fine.

Are you using SQLite or MySQL?

Many themes... increase CPU load in the context tabs. Try switching and downloading some other themes and test them to see which ones are causing high load.

simple paradoxically seems to generate a very high cpu load...

Ahh, I just checked this again, and the symptom is the same as yours. Unchecking the retrieve option returns the cpu utilization to normal. Actually about halfway through each new song it drops to normal.

Since mysql is not running on this machine, I assume that SQLite is what is being used.

Yeah, that\'s a well known threading problem with SQLite in Airborne. We\'ve fixed it in 1.4.
