Running Amarok 1.2.4 under Debian Etch with a pentium processor. Following some upgrades to other packages under apt, Amarok now reports the following with the Gstreamer engine:

ALSA device default is already in use by another program

With xine, it reports:

Local file not found

There isn\'t any other sound software running that I can see.

I\'ve tried reinstalling Amarok. Same messages running under Gnome or KDE.

Other sound software (XMMS, Juk, Noatun) work fine.

I\'ve googled, and enquired on the IRC channel, but I\'ve not found anything. Any ideas?
