Hi,
Just used the get-amarok-svn.sh script and during compilation of src/collectionreader.cpp, got the error, compiling /data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/collectionreader.cpp g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I./amarok/src -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src -I. -I./amarok/src/amarokcore -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/amarokcore -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/analyzers -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/engine -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/plugin -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/statusbar -I/opt/kde3/include/arts -I/usr/local/include/taglib -I/data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/sqlite -I/usr/include/mysql -I/opt/kde3/include -I/usr/lib/qt3/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -D_REENTRANT -Wno-long-long -Wundef -ansi -D_XOPEN_SOURCE=500 -D_BSD_SOURCE -Wcast-align -Wconversion -Wchar-subscripts -Wall -W -Wpointer-arith -g3 -fno-inline -Wformat-security -Wmissing-format-attribute -Wno-non-virtual-dtor -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -fno-common -DQT_CLEAN_NAMESPACE -DQT_NO_ASCII_CAST -DQT_NO_STL -DQT_NO_COMPAT -DQT_NO_TRANSLATION -c /data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/collectionreader.cpp -o ./amarok/src/collectionreader.o -Wp,-MD,./amarok/src/.deps/collectionreader.TUo /usr/lib/qt3/include/qmemarray.h: In member function `int QMemArray CollectionReader::direntry]\': /data/local/amarok-svn/amarok-svn/amarok/src/collectionreader.cpp:191: instantiated from here /usr/lib/qt3/include/qmemarray.h:92: internal compiler error: in splice_child_die, at dwarf2out.c:5263 Please submit a full bug report, with preprocessed source if appropriate. Um, it says \"Internal compiler error\", I would assume it is one.

Oops sorry. Thought it but forgot....

just for the record, if you didn\'t already know:
internal compiler errors usually have next to nothing to do with the actual software, they are often caused by bad memory or faulty hardware. check your toolchain (gcc, glibc, binutils, etc) for anything funky.
