Hi each time I\'m trying to quit Amarok by right clicking the icon in the tray, amarok seem to close but it load amarokapp processes until KDE/PC crash. The only action i can take is to press the Power/Reset button on my PC box.
Here is my specs Slackware 10.2 (no-current) (tested on 10.0 and 10.1 too) vanilla kernel 2.4.31 gcc 3.3.6 KDE 3.4.2 Nvidia audio drivers amarok 1.3.3 compiled from source using gstreamer, MySQL and my collection contain about 7700+ files in mp3, ogg and flac I\'ve got the same results using 1.3.2, 1.3.1 all all other amarok version I\'ve tried. Compiled from source or installed via Slackware packages results are no different. I have tested using Xine, Arts and Gstreamer engines and same results. I have tested using SQLlite and MySQL It look like the amount of files doent matter because it happened when my collection was smaller (before I started to rip my cds) When it crash the PC I spend lot of time to fsck my 400 G HDDs. Any idea? -Wolf |
