I use Amarok 1.3.6+Libvisual 0.2.0 with KDE 3.5 on Gentoo/Linux 2.6.14 and just wanted to try out the visualisations. I clicked on one of the visualisation plugins and got a little window with the visualisation. So far so good. Then I right-clicked the window to go into fullscreen (a little window makes no sense), and I just got a black screen, then my monitor goes into standby, and its impossible to do anything else than restart the computer, the keyboard-input is totally ignored, the monitor stays in standby mode and the music plays on.

What could be the problem here?

Sounds like some sort of problem with you X configuration. Can\'t really say more then that...
