When firing up the system monitor while playing mp3:s with amaroK, I noticed that there was a lot more network traffic going on than I would expect is needed for playback, or even updating the album context, if that is what is taking place.

Since I had killed off all user apps besides amaroK, I concluded that amaroK indeed was the source of the traffic.

So, what exactly *is* going on, in terms of networking, when amaroK plays songs? My searches of the manual and the forum didn\'t bring up much, unfortunately.
