Amarok dependency issues with KDE 3.5?

There are a few programs that can\'t be installed with KDE 3.5 yet because they rely on older KDE libraries (K3B, KOffice, etc.) Is amarok one of these?

I try to install from the debian repositories, but it refuses to install:

Depends: amarok-engines but it is not going to be installed
Depends: kdelibs4c2 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libtunepimp2c2 but it is not going to be installed

I know that KDE 3.5 required me upgrading libtunepimp2c2 to libtunepimp2c2a, which apparently amarok can\'t use. So I downgraded back to libtunepimp2c2.

However, kdelibs4c2 was, like the above, uninstalled in favor of kdelibs4c2a, which, in order to remove and reinstall kdelibs4c2, wants to uninstall my entire system (it goes about naming almost every program on here). I\'ve done something like this before...and uninstalled the entire system before...and that went ugly-like. So that seems to be something that would preclude using amarok on KDE 3.5.

As for amarok-engines; when I try to install it, it lists a variety of amarok-related dependencies that are probably also connected to the kdelibs issue.

Any ideas?
