Hey,

I hope this isn\'t answered anywhere. I searched the forum, the faq and the wiki and couldn\'t find it. In my amarok-directory, there are quite some database files (each time a combination of a collection.db- and the same with -journal appended).

These files are dating back since august. I was wondering: what is their purpose, and can I delete them safely? They\'re starting to use a lot of space...

tnx in advance!

I\'d say you can delete them, although I\'m not 100% sure. They\'re probably temporary files from SQLite, which became stale after the app was exited/crashed without shutting down.
