Hello all,
I\'ve recently been trying to get amarok to work with the nmm engine (I want video support). I\'m not sure if anyone here has had any experience with NMM, but I\'m hoping someone might be able to help me with my problems. I\'m using Kubuntu 5.10 with KDE 3.5. I compiled and installed NMM properly (or at least it tested out okay). I then uninstalled amarok and made and installed it with NMM using these instructions. Everything seemed to go okay. I compiled in /usr/ (where kde-config --prefix led me). It installed. I opened it and tried to switch to NMM engine and got the following error: KLibLoader could not load the plugin: libamarok_nmmengine_plugin libliveMedia.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Xine works, but won\'t do visualizations. No other noticable problems yet. I know this is a tough one, but can anyone help? I love amarok to death and hate leaving it for other programs when I want to watch a music video or something. Thank you. ![]() |
